​I am delighted to be working with this all through London academy as it looks to engage an interim Director of Primary Phase and Designated Safeguarding Lead for the academic year 2022/23.

Reporting to the academy principal, this role is quite operational and would suit an aspiring senior leader- an assistant headteacher or a deputy headteacher of a small school.

The successful candidate will take on professional leadership and management responsibilities for the primary phase of the school, consulting and reporting to the Principal on matters relating to quality of education, personal development, behaviour and attitudes and EYFS. They will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the whole school.
