Interim Senior Leader- SEMH School/Schools- Kent- immediate start until end of the academic year

I am supporting an independent SEMH provider in Kent that needs immediate interim SLT support in one/both/across two of their schools. One school caters for pupils aged 11-19 and the other for pupils aged 7-16.  Both schools are Ofsted Outstanding. The role(s) would suit both headteachers and deputy headteachers with SEMH experience or those with strong mainstream secondary behavioural expertise.

Start Date: Immediate

Length of Assignment: Until end of the academic year

Rate: Fixed term contract- pro rata salary circa £75K or very competitive day rate inside IR35.
