Interim Senior Leadership support- SEMH School- immediate start until Christmas initially

I am delighted to be working with this small SEMH school in the South-East of England, as it looks to add capacity to its senior leadership team.

Governors are seeking a highly capable senior practitioner who can support with the day- to- day management of the school while providing strategic insight and acting as a wise voice to keep things on an even keel. The role would suit someone with expertise in behaviour management either at headteacher or deputy headteacher level in an SEMH environment. Ideally 3 to 4 days a week.

Start Date: Immediate

Length of Assignment:  Until Christmas initially
