Interim Senior Deputy Headteacher (Secondary)- Buckinghamshire- Immediate Start

I am delighted to be working with this secondary academy in Buckinghamshire that is looking to add extra capacity to its senior leadership team in the form of an interim senior deputy headteacher.

The role would suit an aspiring headteacher or someone already with headship experience. One of the key focus areas will be on Culture and Ethos. A Behaviour and T&L background would also be very helpful.

The role would be considered on a full time or part time basis.

Start Date: Immediate

Length of Assignment: Until end of Academic Year 2022/23

Rate: Fixed term contract- pro rata salary between L18 and L22 (Fringe) p.a. depending on experience. Day rate inside IR35 also considered.
