Michelle is the Associate Director for Education. Michelle has 15 years’ experience of executive search, and has 10 years’ experience of teaching GCSE and A Level Physics at an outstanding academy that was head of a multi-academy trust. She has spent time as an Associate in other search firms where her skill for matching the right candidate to the right executive level role proved extremely successful. Michelle thrives on building relationships with both candidates and clients and takes an awful lot of pride in her work. Her track record has seen her successfully work on roles such as Director, Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Directors, CIO and COO roles across many different industries including education. Recently, due to her teaching experience, Michelle has developed a particular focus and expertise in Education. Michelle is highly skilled in leading senior executive search and selection campaigns and has extensive hands-on experience of all the elements involved. She is deeply committed to Equality and Diversity. She holds two bachelor level degrees, one in Mechanical Engineering and another in Teaching Secondary Physics.
