Karl joined Veredus in 2023 with a previous Civil Service search career which encompasses a variety of experiences including his time as Chair of Cabinet Office LGBT+ Network, engaging with diverse Civil Servants and external partners at all levels including Directors and Permanent Secretary. Prior to this Karl supported Job Centres with coaching and guidance for those seeking work during a time of national job shortages in the pandemic. Earlier in his career he worked in strategic and event-based marketing, with a brief entrepreneurial adventure into running a social enterprise (CiC) events and music recording business. Karl is passionate about diversity and inclusion, with a mission to ensure hard to reach community representative recruitment in each executive search he is working on.
