Jacqui has 20 years recruitment and assessment experience. She is CIPD qualified in Recruitment & Selection and is certified in Leadership Excellence Programme (ILM). She also holds both BPS Test User Occupational Ability and BPS Test User Occupational Personality qualifications (Level A and B). Jacqui has extensive experience of partnering with clients to deliver best practice in assessments for their recruitment needs in both public and private sector at Graduate, Manager and Director level. She is experienced in delivering assessment solutions including assessment centre development, assessment design advice, project management and provision of associate assessors. She is experienced at managing teams of assessors at assessment events and has extensive experience of assessing and interviewing at all levels.
