​Holly works as part of the Assessment and Development team at Veredus after joining the company in February 2022. Holly studied Psychology at undergraduate level and went on to complete a Masters in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at Northumbria University. Before Veredus, she worked as an Executive Officer as part of the Civil Service. She has a key interest in employability and assessment design.
