Andy has worked in Senior Public Sector recruitment now for over 20 years.  He was originally in the Royal Navy and left as a Petty Officer Writer after 10 years.  His recruitment career started with Eden Brown placing Housing Benefit Assessors and quickly moved onto Executive Search & Selection with TMP Worldwide, Penna and Veredus.  Andy moved into Interim recruitment around 10 years ago running his own Interim practice placing into Local Government.  He has spent the last 6 years placing Interims into Further Education mainly in the North and The Midlands as well as carrying out a high number of search assignments.  Andy has a reputation for being tenacious, passionate and approaching each task with a positive attitude.  His networks in the Further Education sector are enviable amongst his peers.
