Andra joined the Executive Search & Selection team in February 2024 as a Senior Research Partner. She has previously worked in a research capacity for 4+ years in the private equity backed health, care, education and life sciences sectors. Andra is comfortable leading on research focusing on a variety of roles from C-suite to middle management, covering Operations & Leadership, Finance & Commercial, and Corporate Services. With the need for innovation and increased quality being a constant in every sector, Andra likes to think outside the box when doing research, and supply highly skilled candidates who can offer a value-added fresh perspective to match clients’ needs in every mandate.
