Veredus

Join us for our next Veredus live panel discussion, Leading Transformation at Pace: Leadership lessons from complex transformation programmes.

Organisations across every sector are being asked to deliver more change, more quickly and with fewer resources. But what separates transformation programmes that build momentum from those that stall?

On Wednesday 30 September (12:00–1:00pm), Veredus is bringing together two experienced transformation leaders for a live panel discussion exploring the realities of leading change across complex organisations.

Meet our panel

Belinda Phipps
Interim Chief Executive, British Refugee Council

Belinda has led organisations through periods of significant transformation and brings extensive experience of executive leadership, organisational change and interim management.

Sara Phillips
Director of Consultancy Services, First Rail

Sara leads consultancy services across one of the UK’s largest transport operators, helping organisations deliver complex programmes and transformation initiatives at scale.

Hosted by the Veredus Interim team, this informal discussion will share practical experiences, leadership lessons and real-world perspectives on delivering successful transformation.

What we’ll explore

During the session, we’ll discuss:

  • Why some transformation programmes build momentum while others stall
  • The leadership challenges of delivering change in complex organisations
  • When interim leadership can provide the expertise and capacity organisations need
  • Building trust, credibility and influence quickly
  • Creating lasting organisational capability beyond the life of a transformation programme

Rather than presentations or theory, this session will focus on honest conversation, practical insights and the lessons our speakers have learned from leading transformation across multiple organisations.
