Chiltern Railways is appointing a senior, influential Head of HSSE to lead health, safety, security and environmental performance across the business.
This is a top-table role with genuine influence; shaping safety culture, regulatory confidence and operational integrity across a respected Train Operating Company.
You will be the custodian of the Safety Management System, the senior interface with regulators and industry bodies, and a trusted adviser to the executive team.
