We’re looking for an Interim Head of People to lead the People function on a 12‑month FTC. You’ll work with the senior leadership team to deliver the People strategy and oversee ER, recruitment, reward, engagement, wellbeing and payroll.
You’ll be an experienced senior HR leader (ideally from charity or healthcare), with strong UK employment law knowledge, change/OD experience, and a track record of leading high‑performing teams.
