Interim Financial Lead – higher education experience

We are pleased to be working with a client who is looking for a Finance Lead with Higher Education setting experience to provide some finance consultancy on a discrete project around Estate Infrastucture . The role will include supporting the CFO with the development of the financial business plan and scenario modelling, liaison with external legal and accountancy firms on Corporation Tax and VAT and different legal entity options, reporting to the University Executive Board and Board of Governors, meeting, negotiating with and updating internal and external stakeholders and partners, agreeing KPIs such as return on investment, total expenditure, minimum income and surplus, writing financial contract terms to overarching collaboration agreement.
