What do I do?
I am Co-Head of our Executive Search business and Practice Lead for Education. With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, I bring extensive expertise in senior leadership and board-level appointments across the Education, Government, and Not-for-Profit sectors. I lead all permanent senior recruitment within Higher Education at Veredus, delivering global search campaigns for exceptional academic leaders and appointing professional services executives across a wide range of university functions. I also have significant experience recruiting senior leaders for Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, including Chief Executives, Executive Headteachers, Chief Operating Officers, and Education Directors.

Where do I come from?
I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality, values-led search outcomes, underpinned by deep sector insight and a commitment to exceptional client and candidate experience. I am particularly focused on advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in leadership recruitment, and take a proactive, thoughtful approach to building diverse, high-performing senior teams.

Before taking up my current role, I spent 10 years working in our Central Government practice as a Consultant and then a Director, supporting major government departments, agencies and regulatory bodies with a broad range of senior leadership appointments.

Who am I?
Outside of work, I enjoy reading widely, with a particular interest in epic fantasy, historical fiction, psychology, and personal development. I also love travelling and discovering new places, finding inspiration in different cultures, landscapes, and histories. I live in South East London with my husband, our teenage daughter, and two affectionate (and occasionally mischievous) cats.
