What I Do
I operate at a senior strategic level, bridging the gap between business strategy and executive search. My industry experience has been across the infrastructure and transportation vertical market segments where I work globally to find clients the best talent in the market. What I’ve always been good at is connecting people and finding creative win-win-win solutions.

Where I Came From
My career began in executive search, working with leaders across transport, infrastructure, and engineering to deliver hard-to-fill mandates. I honed my craft with firms like Trojan Management Search and Newsom Consulting, earning a reputation for new business development by building strong networks with clients and candidates.
Educated in Global Business Analysis at Manchester Business School, I’ve travelled widely as I am fascinating in learning about different cultures and the wider world.

Who I Am
I’m a father to two brilliant girls (Evie & Rosie) who keep me busy outside of work.
Passions of mine include:
• Travelling; I love going to new places and making new friends.
• Studying languages (especially etymology!), philosophy & history.
• Sports; I really enjoy the competitive and tactical elements of both individual and team sports as, through competition, incremental improvements are made.
