What do I do?
I am a Senior Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Leadership Assessment Specialist with over 25 years' experience in the design and delivery of high-impact leadership assessment and development solutions. I work with executive-level clients across public and private sectors - including Central and Local Government, Education, Health and not-for-profit organisations. My work supports key processes such as executive coaching, on-boarding for critical senior roles, and bespoke development for leadership teams, boards, and wider staff groups. In essence, I help organisations identify talent and develop their people to achieve lasting impact.

Where I come from?
I am a trained Occupational and Clinical Psychologist who earned my MSc in Psychology from Gothenburg University, Sweden, in 1998. I began my career in both clinical and occupational settings in Sweden before relocating to the UK in 2003. For the past 20 years, I have specialised in leadership assessment and talent development across all sectors.

I hold Chartered status in Occupational Psychology and am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I am also listed on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (formerly Level A and B), with credentials in both Occupational Ability and Occupational Personality testing. In addition, I am fully registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.

I am trained in a wide range of psychometric and development tools, including Wave, Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), NEO, OPQ, MQ, Firo-B, 16PF, Lumina Spark, GC Index and MBTI, and bring expertise in applying and interpreting these tools in real-world leadership contexts.

Who I am?
I am half Indian and half Swedish. I grew up in Sweden, where I played tennis and golf competitively and developed a lasting interest in music, composing jazz pieces and performing as a guitarist in my own band. Today, I continue to enjoy music and still play tennis and golf on a social club level.
