What do I do?
As Senior Bid Manager at Veredus, I lead our bidding and proposal activity across our Executive Search, Interim Management and Assessment services. I work closely with colleagues across the business to secure opportunities with organisations spanning Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Further Education, regulators, charities and private sector organisations.

My role is to help clients understand what makes Veredus different. I develop winning strategies, create compelling proposals and ensure we consistently showcase the expertise, experience and values that underpin our delivery. Alongside managing live opportunities, I continue to develop our bid function, maintain our bid library, create win themes and share market insight and buyer feedback that supports continuous improvement across the business.

Where do I come from?
My background is in bid management and business development within the talent sector. Since 2018, I have worked with organisations providing Executive Search, MSP, RPO and wider talent solutions, helping them secure new business opportunities across both the public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have developed proposals covering recruitment marketing, assessment solutions, digital employer branding, talent attraction and workforce solutions. This has given me a strong understanding of the talent landscape, the challenges organisations face when attracting and retaining people, and what clients look for when procuring talent and people services.

Who am I?
Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the stables with my horse, Casey, or spending time with family and friends. I enjoy being outdoors, travelling and staying active, and I'm always looking for my next challenge or adventure.
