What do I do?
I am a Research Partner within the Executive Search Team. I support senior permanent appointments across the Central Government, Defence, Higher Education and Transport Sectors. My role focuses on talent mapping, market intelligence and supporting business development, and I'm excited about working with our colleagues to continue growing our track record.

Where I come from?
I gained my PhD in International Relations from King's College London in 2025, where I analysed the influence of geopolitics on regulations and their impact on UK higher education, government and critical national infrastructure (CNI).
Before joining Veredus, I have had experience in successful executive and non-executive (board) appointments in education, with exposure to private equity, government, legal, and edu-tech sectors. Prior to search, I have also worked in a wide range of organisations in higher education, international development, and think-tanks, on a range of roles involving policy research and analysis, government relations and marketing.

Who I am?
Outside of work, I live with my husband in Hertfordshire. We share our love of books, history and board games, and we love exploring the countryside every now and then and spending time with friends and family.
