LONGLIST REPORT & MEETING

We present all applicants for the role, each assessed and benchmarked against the agreed criteria


PRELIMINARY INTERVIEWS

We conduct first stage interviews to gain a deeper understanding of candidates’ experience, motivation, and leadership style


SHORTLIST REPORT & MEETING

We present a recommended shortlist, supported by detailed assessment, for consideration at the final stage
