Our client is the AI division of the Uk’s largest infrastructure provider.
The brief
To direct and lead on the development and execution of communications and stakeholder engagement strategy to promote the success of the division, fostering strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, government ministers, suppliers, and the public.
The process
