What do I do?
I support the business across all operational concerns, including technology, compliance, marketing and events, policy and process review and implementation, supplier management and onboarding, project management and delivery, and stakeholder engagement. I contribute to the strategic direction of the business, identify areas for improvement and efficiency, streamline workflows and manage risk. A jack of all trades, master of at least a few!

Where do I come from?
I studied English Literature at degree level and worked for ten years in the hospitality industry at an operational and management level before moving into administrative support within recruitment. I joined Veredus in 2011, and have since garnered a wealth of experience and understanding of the business and sector, and been steadily promoted to this point - leading the Operations function, sitting on the Management Operating Team, central to the forward motion of our business.

Who am I?
Outside of my Operations role, I am a strong advocate of DEI, with a focus on the success of women in the workplace, the support of parents (and particularly single parents) in business, and championing inclusion for neurodiversity. I also write creatively and parent two small ruffians. I like the outdoors, travel and good food.
