What do I do?
As Director of Growth at Veredus, my role is to drive expansion of our executive recruitment services by driving innovation in client acquisition, brand positioning, and market development. With a focus on building lasting partnerships and identifying new commercial opportunities, I work closely with our leadership team to align business goals with market trends—ensuring we stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. My mission is to scale our reach, deepen client engagement, and cement our reputation as trusted advisors to the senior executive talent market. Alongside my focus on Growth across the entire Veredus business, I also lead our Leadership and Talent Assessment business.

Where I come from?
Over Twenty years of experience in sales and business development, twelve of which focused on partnering with organisations across multiple public and private sectors to overcome complex business challenges through Business Psychology.

Who I am?
Outside of Veredus my passions centre around our seas and oceans, fuelling my interest in the RNLI and maritime ways. I enjoy travelling and exploring the world, embracing new and different cultures.
