The Roles

Veredus’ Insight team is looking for a Research Partner and a Lead Research Partner to join our growing team where you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a range of exciting research projects utilising both primary and secondary research methodologies.

The team draw upon multiple skills throughout any given project lifecycle - typically these range from telephone research to in-depth analytics and we execute projects as a team under the guidance of Lead Research Partners.

Both roles involve identifying and engaging with passive senior candidates to gain an understanding of them, their motivators and the market they operate in; this primary research is combined with secondary research and analysis to provide an informed and tailored solution for a diverse range of clients around the world.

Additionally, the Lead Research Partners are responsible for the performance and delivery of their Research team, they hold overall responsibility for the output and development of their team, their projects as well as undertaking client account management duties.

About You

If you’re driven and naturally curious then we can provide you the opportunity, resources and training to create and deliver market leading research. You may have worked previously in executive search, recruitment, pure-play research or another industry where you are used to interacting with senior professionals providing a knowledge centric solution / product. The skills required to excel in these roles are broad which we can develop, and hone as required
