This is an exciting and challenging role responsible for providing strategic leadership to secondary academies and an FE college in our West Region, driving rapid and sustainable school improvement and continuing to raise standards across the Cluster in order to deliver the very best education for all learners. Acting as a “Regional CEO”, you will enjoy significant delegated responsibilities and accountabilities and will play a leading role in local decision making across a number of non-educational areas. You will also be Executive Principal of two of the academies, Bristnall Hall Academy and Pool Hayes Academy, and will work closely with colleagues across the trust to develop further the ATT strategic vision for education.
This is a vital appointment for us, and we are looking for an inspirational leader who can wholeheartedly embrace, enhance and lead the vison and values of our trust - empowering others to do the same. You will have a highly collaborative approach, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the determination to make a positive difference. You will have successful experience as a Principal or Headteacher across at least two schools/academies, a solid track record of delivering effective school improvement strategies and ensuring the highest possible achievement for all, a deep understanding of the Ofsted education inspection framework and a proven ability to align best practice across your region to enable us to build on our national success in a changing educational landscape.
