Reporting directly to the Chief Customer & Commercial Officer, the Head of Revenue sits at the heart of executive decision-making; shaping pricing, demand, forecasting and commercial strategy for a network carrying ~140 million passengers a year.

With a new fleet entering service and the railway evolving rapidly, this role is about turning investment into sustainable revenue growth while balancing fairness, compliance and customer outcomes.
