I am working on behalf of an 11-18 secondary academy based in the south-east of England that is looking to appoint an interim senior vice principal with responsibility for behaviour and attendance for the autumn term. This engagement will be a fixed term contract on a salary range L18 to L26 depending on experience. The client can be flexible regarding this being a full-time or part-time role.
The trust is looking for a very confident senior leader with a proven track record around highly effective and proactive behaviour management. They want someone who can provide hands on, day to day, operational support to the new principal.
