​I am currently working with a University in the South East of England as it looks to engage an HR Project Manager for 6 months initially (Remote Working). The university is in the middle of implementing a new approach to Workload Planning and needs a project manager to take on the project from the current lead, who leaves in February. Internally, the university has developed a new Framework which includes a set of principles for how workload will be allocated. To support the Framework, they have also bought a software product called Simitive WAMS.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of the HE Sector and ideally of Workload Planning

  • Experience of the successful management of projects, ideally software implementations

  • A good understanding of data management processes including integrations

  • Supplier management expertise and the ability to act as the key contact for the University with Simitive

  • The ability to engage with, and influence, a wide variety of stakeholder groups, promoting the use of the system and ensuring feedback is taken on board and prioritised

  • The ability to drive the project communications both written and verbal across ensuring liaison with all impacted areas

  • Experience of process review and mapping

This role will be mostly remote working.
