We are currently looking for an interim HR Business Partner for our NHS client based in western England . You will be accountable to the Director of Workforce providing support to identified Care Group, executing the people agenda of the business strategies and OD and Transformation Plan. Other responsibilities include: ● Analysing workforce information to determine the most appropriate workforce advice ● Ensuring all managers have appropriate access to all workforce information systems including ESR and E-Rostering ● Identifying trends and reasons for under(performance) ● Act as a change agent to help identify, plan and deliver major change projects and be a strategic advisor to senior management ● Ensuring the Care Group receives a consistent service from the HR Advisory Team in terms of employee relations advice, transactional HR and other services ● Promoting HR/OD/workforce interventions To be considered for this post you must have: ● Experience of working within a senior HR or OD role in the NHS ● CIPD qualification ● Knowledge of People Management, Employee Relations, Workforce planning methods ● Project Management skills ( Prince 2 qualification desirable but not essential) ● Redundancy handling / TUPE/ Re-organisation skills ● Developing workforce models If the role sounds of interest to you please apply or contact magda.stainton@veredus.co.uk ; T: 07881 269 392.
