​As our Not for Profit client is an international organisation working with over 100 countries across the world in the fields of arts and culture, English language, and education.

Their Examinations business makes a significant contribution to their financial sustainability, and as such, it is essential that the business continues to grow and evolve to maintain its position in a fast-changing operating context. The business has been through extensive change and has developed many standardised processes and systems across the globe to deliver efficiencies, however there is a need to constantly iterate and develop these in response to changing customer need, increased levels of competitions and new technologies. This role is critical to enabling and embedding a system of constant change and improvement in our delivery processes across all our products and platforms globally.

They have an immediate requirement for a highly experienced interim professional to lead the delivery of Exams globally. Ensuring that delivery mechanisms are fit for purpose and enables realisation of the Global Exams Strategy at scale. It also includes ownership of Global Exams operations, business improvement and marking teams, and is responsible for ensuring effective roll-out of new processes, systems, and other change initiatives at Country and Regional level. Taking ownership of the full supply chain to ensure that delivery takes place as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Significant experience in shaping strategy and delivering tangible results within a large-scale complex operations business.

  • Experience of streamlining operations and delivering supply chain planning and improvements to meet global demand.

  • Significant experience of delivering large scale change programmes which impact delivery or supply chain.

  • Experience of working in a global Exams context.

Our client is looking for someone that can commit for a 9-12 month period. The role will be inside the scope of IR35. The day rate is negotiable based upon skills and experience
