Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd (DSRL) is responsible for the safe and secure clean-up and demolition of the Dounreay site in northern Scotland. For more than 50 years it was known as the centre of the UK’s fast reactor research and development and is now a centre of excellence for nuclear decommissioning. Our mission is to decommission Dounreay in a safe and timely manner and leave a positive legacy for future local generations. We are working closely with a range of stakeholders to support the creation of new employment opportunities in the area to mitigate the economic impacts of the decommissioning.
As part of the strategic plan to build a strong and cohesive NDA group – “One NDA”, DSRL ownership will transfer to the NDA from the Cavendish Dounreay Partnership, a consortium of Cavendish Nuclear, Jacobs and Amentum, in March 2021.
We are now looking to recruit a Head of Maintenance and Engineering Support for DSRL.
