We are looking for an interim Emergency Centre Manager for a NHS trust who will be accountable for the delivery of all services of the Centre.
As the Centre manager you will be responsible for the business and performance management ensuring that performance targets and strategic objectives are met. This role reports to the Assistant Chief Operating Officer.
This will include:
Managing capacity and demand in order to achieve targets
Developing a strategic approach to service improvement and best clinical pathways
Support process redesign and produce business plans/business cases to support development within the centre
Work with other centres and value stream leads as required to deliver the Trust’s overall strategic objective
Ensuring that the patient experience is a key priority.
You will have a significant experience of working at senior level in the acute sector, business strategy and workforce planning experience and a proven track record of implementing service improvement including complex change management programmes. Project management of Lean experience is also desirable.
