Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor International and Regional Development, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy that incorporates all aspects including brand, digital marketing, social media, web and CRM that will deliver a significant step change to current practice, harnessing expertise from digital first industries and best in class operators. You will be responsible for developing a professionalised recruitment culture across the University working closely with Associate Deans Recruitment and Partnerships.

This is an exciting time to join the University of Wolverhampton as we are embarking on to the next stage in our journey and we are seeking an exceptional strategic communicator and inspiring leader. You will bring a proven track record of using digital marketing to enable growth and delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns that clearly demonstrate return on investment. Creative and forward-thinking, you will have proven experience of motivating and developing multi-disciplinary teams, managing significant budgets, and leading transformational change including culture, systems, and processes. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build value-adding relationships with key stakeholders and partners at all levels. Experience of recruitment and marketing in higher education would be essential for this role.
