We are now seeking an outstanding individual for the role of Director of Information Technology, an exciting, mission-critical, strategic leadership role. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a member of the University’s Senior Management Team and will be responsible for strategic development and delivery of the University information technology, resources and infrastructure. You will drive forward genuine transformational change that will optimise investment and create a service that both supports and enables and meets the ever-evolving expectations of our students and staff and supports the delivery of our Strategy 2030 ambitions.
We are looking for an exceptional technology leader with a successful record of achievement in a complex, fast moving environment. You will have a deep understanding of modern digital technology, experience of driving technology innovations and delivering systems change. You will bring a strong strategic perspective, proven ability to drive operational improvements at pace, strong commercial insight and a strong focus on delivery. You will be a visible, inspiring and compassionate leader with extensive senior management and professional leadership experience. You will have a successful track record of influencing strategic and operational decision making and commitment to delivering excellent services to a wide range of stakeholders.
