Reporting to the University Registrar, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals across marketing, communications, alumni and development, creative and digital, student recruitment, partnerships, business engagement and lifelong learning and will work collaboratively with senior colleagues in the delivery of innovative, effective, efficient, and professional service.

You will have a key working relationship with the Pro Vice Chancellor International, in relation to delivery of student growth targets.

This is an exciting time to join the University of Wolverhampton as we are embarking on to the next stage in our journey and we are seeking an exceptional strategic communicator and inspiring leader. You will be a qualified marketing professional with proven track record of establishing and growing a brand, designing effective communication strategies, and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns that clearly demonstrate return on investment. Creative and forward-thinking, you will have proven experience of motivating and developing multi-disciplinary teams, managing significant budgets, and leading transformational change including culture, systems, and processes. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build value-adding relationships with key stakeholders and partners at all levels.

We are interested to hear from candidates with experience in marketing, communications and/or student recruitment within higher education and would also welcome interest from candidates with relevant experience gained within the public sector or industry.
