​Smart DCC operates the secure national data network to support the roll-out and operation of 53 million energy smart meters in homes and businesses across the UK - making Britain more connected so we can all lead smarter, greener lives.

DCC is looking for an experienced and driven Director of Customer Engagement to shape and deliver DCC’s customer engagement operating model and drive change to make customer engagement more effective.

The Director of Customer Engagement will lead the customer engagement team and work closely with DCC ExCo and functions, industry customers, and key stakeholders including SECAS and BEIS to implement and operate a simple, robust and effective operating model and transform customer engagement performance.
