The CX and C Director will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities by growing and retaining a loyal and satisfied customer base. The approach will champion passengers, putting them first at every stage of their journey, increasing connectivity and maximising journey and work opportunities. They will develop the fares, ticketing and retail offer, fares structures and pricing levels to provide a simplified, value for money travel experience. They will create exciting and engaging brand proposals for a new form of rail travel, deploying innovative brand development techniques to create powerful, high quality identities which increase customer loyalty.
This is a new rail company start up that will require dynamic leadership, energy, experience and innovation.
