Case Study - Healthcare Interim Management

Over the last 18 months Veredus Interim Management has been working in partnership with a Specialist Provider in the Healthcare Sector. The initial catalyst for engagement was a desire to identify new ways to generate revenue, alongside a transformation programme to improve and modernise internal practices. The work was initially commissioned by the Chief Executive and the role was to be a key role and member of the Executive Leadership Team. Since the initial appointment, which grew new revenue by almost £20million, Veredus has supported the organisation with several other Executive Interim Appointments ranging from an Interim Medical Director, CFO and Director of Nursing. Alongside these roles, Veredus has also assisted the organisation with programme and project management capability to support the transformation agenda.
