​One of the UK’s largest banking groups approached Write Research (now Veredus) as they were experiencing problems recruiting talented individuals to fulfil business critical roles within their Digital Architecture team, namely Cloud Architects, Head Of Infrastructure, Chief Digital Architect and Head Architect (Payments).

To meet internal diversity and gender targets we were engaged to provide detail and data that would allow the client to work towards hitting internal targets.

What we achieved:

  • 247 profiles identified

  • 14 candidates interviewed

  • 9 offers accepted

  • 62% of hires are female

  • 24 candidates pipelined for future vacancies

  • Future cost saving of £216,000
