Sharon began her early career in academia; learning the power of applied research and data analytics to inform business decisions and drive performance. She has taken this experience into large, complex organisations, helping them build evidence-based, inclusive assessment processes for recruitment, drive the diversity agenda and achieve superior results.
Sharon joined us from Capita Resourcing, where she supported multiple clients in taking a fresh look at their attraction and talent strategies. Her work in partnering with clients to develop a pioneering Autism Workplace Programme and an innovative Career Returners Programme, which included overhauling approaches to candidate attraction, assessment, onboarding and people development, is highly acclaimed and has yielded them award-winning results.
Prior to joining Capita, Sharon was Global Head of Assessment for Royal Bank of Scotland, responsible for the banks assessment strategy for recruitment and talent development across a diverse global business (this incorporated multiple brands including RBS, NatWest and Coutts). Before this she had an eight-year career in Whitehall, in her final role as Principal Occupational Psychologist at HMRC, leading a team of Occupational Psychologists deliver Assessment services across 13 Government Departments.
