​Adaora joined Veredus in 2022 as a Research Partner for our Executive Search & Selection team. Before joining, she read Criminology and Social Policy at Loughborough University, which allows her to understand the contemporary trends and human behaviour within our society. Her passion for research and creating a diverse working environment motivates her to analyse the market to find the best diverse talent pool.
