Adam is a Talent Consultant for our Insight and Assessment & Development teams. He partners with organisations globally to assist them identify, recruit, retain and develop an impactful workforce. In collaboration with our in-house research team, he equips clients with talent intelligence insights & research, so they can make smarter, more effective hiring decisions. Equally, as part of the Veredus Assessment & Development practice, Adam assists organisations to assess their current and future talent – ensuring they are set up for success. In addition to 10 years’ experience in executive search & talent consultancy, he was also a director of a youth sports non-profit in New York City for 7 years.
