Veredus View is our online journal where we publish regular pieces to share knowledge and encourage debate on issues that can impact upon clients and candidates alike.
Over the course of the year we have published a diverse range of articles, including a piece of research on talent management commissioned by the Society for Chief Personnel Officers (SOCPO), a series of articles on community cohesion with contributions from senior figures in the public sector and a discussion of the changing face of interim management.
Our most recent addition is a piece of research that we have conducted into the start-up of non departmental public bodies.
The aim of our research was to capture some of the lessons that NDPB leaders have learned over recent years and, from these, to draw out some broad themes.
We spoke to 75 Chairs, Chief Executives and Departmental sponsors and have distilled these experiences into a series of key messages that we hope will provide some valuable insight.
