For example, we were recently approached by the Chief Executive of a NDPB to assist two staff whose roles were being rationalised. We provided development support to help them apply for more senior roles, in which they were successful. We have since been invited back to support more people within the same organisation.

Sometimes we work at all these levels in the same assignment, as we recently did for a major national agency of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport. We were able to support the process of restructuring end-to-end, from advising on structure, to profiling individuals so that the client could select the best management team going forward.
