Our services
“The only way to predict the future is by helping to shape it.”
Our three core services complement each other, with each providing an important element of our capacity to deliver flexible solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
Executive Search and Selection
We have developed an enviable reputation as a recruitment consultancy of choice for blue chip organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors looking for leadership talent at both executive and non-executive level.
At the heart of our success is a deep knowledge of the sectors we operate in, the quality of our people, and our ability to find and nurture current and future leaders. Our clients trust us with some of the most important investment decisions they will ever make. We return that trust by finding leaders that can help them shape the vision and strategic direction of their organisation.

Interim Management
Interim Management complements our search and selection services in that we can offer a bespoke approach to building capacity and capability in response to any client requirement.
As one of the largest firms placing senior managers in the UK, we are well placed to comment on how the use of interim managers has changed. Assignments today are less to do with short-term gap-filling and increasingly concerned with bringing experience and clarity to high-pressure situations, thus providing guidance and direction for organisations grappling with change.

Jerry also discussed the improvement of the market in the last ¼ of 2011 and the very positive start the interim management team has made so far in 2012 and predicted that whilst remaining a challenging year for the industry, the Veredus team would continue to strive to offer its interim community the widest and most diverse set of interim management opportunities in the UK and internationally.

The consistent theme in all the organisations has been the need to change – and the driver has invariably been increasing profit or efficiency i.e. to improve the bottom-line.
