SENIOR APPOINTMENTS IN OUR GLOBAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE BUSINESS

Our English language business spans 110 countries and territories and has a turnover of £200 million. We are recruiting two key business-focused global leadership roles within the Innovations and Operations Directorates. These posts are vital to the strategic direction and successful delivery of new, ambitious, high-quality, competitive and cost-effective English language programmes to enable greater impact in a rapidly changing international environment. Highly credible and up to date with current developments, you will be an effective market operator and a clear and persuasive communicator, bringing significant senior management experience combined with outstanding external representation skills.



Head English Language Operations


Responsible for turning our ambitious growth targets into reality, you will own the delivery of our annual operational plan, bringing the commercial acumen and agility to identify and respond to market opportunities globally, and build excellent customer relationships. You will be required to effectively direct our teaching and exams’ professionals and resources worldwide, including our teaching centres, currently in over 50 countries. Working strategically, you will translate our overarching longer-term corporate objectives into ground-level deliverables, applying your substantial operational background and professional expertise to ensure we have worldwide continuity combined with regional flexibility.
