You will report directly into the Chief Executive, who believes passionately that the policy team can and should provide the catalyst for change and improvement throughout the Council. With a team of 25 staff comprising policy and communications professionals, you will need to be a strong and charismatic leader. Excellent communication, political nous and influencing skills are essential as you must be capable of building strong working relationships with our partners, internal and
external, combining energy and enthusiasm with a desire to make a real difference.
