Case studies
Veredus were appointed to recruit six board directors to the newly-created Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. Key issues were the fact that this was a start-up organisation with no corporate history, salary levels were thought to be relatively low for roles of this seniority and there was reluctance among some potential candidates to become involved in the nuclear field.
