Crossing over from the private to public sector

At Veredus we have been directly involved in numerous appointments of people with private sector backgrounds to the public sector.

We have teamed up with the Sunday Times to start an online debate over the issues surrounding attracting private sector executives to the public sector.

We have established three key themes for our debate and we would welcome your thoughts:

  • What qualities and skills are needed by the public sector?
  • What are the incentives for people to cross over to the public sector?
  • What are the key challenges for an executive crossing over from private to public?

This online debate will be followed up by an online publication that will review the comments and discuss the issues raised.

Please join in one of our three key debates below and have your say.
