Veredus Executive Resourcing is a leader in the field of executive selection and interim management particularly within the public sector where we have had an impressive growth record over the past years. We are part of the Capita Group one of UK’s leading organisations. We are continuing to develop the breadth of our work beyond our core business to wider strategic HR and are looking for another experienced business psychologist to join our team.

Senior level assessment will be a key part of the role – you will need a strong track record of assessing and developing senior managers up to Board level, either in private or public sector organisations. You will also need to have the breadth of experience to help us develop our wider offer to leaders of organisations. One to one coaching, senior level teambuilding, competency development, organisational change and performance management may all be part of the work in which you can become involved.

Ideally you will be a Chartered Psychologist with the interpersonal skill and intellectual capability to hold your own with very senior clients. You will have the relationship management skills and business understanding to convince our clients that you can help them with the toughest problems they face and you should be passionate about providing a quality service.
